Yogurt French Dressing
- 250g (1 cup) plain, unsweetened
- EasiYo Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon French mustard
- 4 tablespoons light olive oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Place all the ingredients in a jar with a screw-top lid.
Shake until thoroughly blended.
Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary.
Alternatively, place ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.
Makes about 375ml (1 1⁄2 cups)
