Overnight Oats


  • 2 cups of your favourite muesli style cereal
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup EasiYo Vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 grated pear + additional sliced pear
  • chopped dates (optional)
  • maple syrup (optional)


Combine 2 cups of your favourite muesli style cereal with 2 cups water and soak overnight in the fridge – the next morning drain off any excess moisture and stir though 1 cup EasiYo Vanilla yogurt and 1 grated pear.

Spoon into a serving bowl and top with extra EasiYo, a few slices of fresh pear and/or chopped dates and a swirl of maple syrup.


  • try different EasiYo flavours to get your personal favourite
  • swap the pear for other fruits like apples, crushed berries or mashed banana
  • make this up in a large jar to save space in the fridge
