- 125g (1⁄2 cup) plain, unsweetened EasiYo Yogurt
- 125ml (1⁄2 cup) chilled water salt and freshly ground pepper ice cubes
Whisk the yogurt until smooth, then blend with the water.
Season to taste.
Pour the mixture over ice cubes.
More yogurt and less water may be used as desired.
To make sweet lassi, omit the seasonings and add 1 teaspoon sugar and a little chopped fresh mint.
