- 2 cups of Muesli
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened Yogurt
- 1 grated pear + additional sliced pear
- chopped dates (optional)
- maple syrup (optional)
Combine 2 cups of muesli with 2 cups water and soak overnight in the fridge – the next morning drain off any excess moisture and stir though 1 cup EasiYo yogurt and 1 grated pear.
Spoon into a serving bowl and top with extra EasiYo, a few slices of fresh pear and/or chopped dates and a swirl of maple syrup.

- swap the pear for other fruits like apples, crushed berries or mashed banana
- make this up in a large jar to save space in the fridge
